Contributors Robert D. Abbott is Chair and Professor of Educational Psychology in the University of Washington College of Education. He and colleagues are engaged in a research project that focuses on learning disabilities in children and ways in which teachers can help them learn more effectively. Dr. Abbott is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association. Jennifer M. Beyers is a Research Analyst at the Social Development Research Group, School of Social Work, University of Washington, Seattle, WA. Avshalom Caspi is Professor of Psychology at the University of Wisconsin— Madison, and Professor of Personality and Social Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College, London.
