Given that my whole philosophy is based on love, the really good news is that I have loved writing this book. It is a reflection of what I do and what I believe in. Whilst writing is essentially a solitary experience, this has been a team effort. A special thanks to my wife Karen, son Oliver and daughter Sophie.
