Tofacitinib Blue finger syndrome: case report. In a retrospective study, involving 144 patients, one patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed blue finger syndrome while being treated with tofacitinib. The patient with rheumatoid arthritis was initiated on oral tofacitinib 5mg twice daily. After 10 days of tofacitinib treatment, the patient developed blue finger syndrome. The therapy of tofacitinib was stopped thereafter. Author comment: "The safety profile was comparable to published data, except for a single case of blue finger syndrome." Mueller RB, et al.
