A large international conference on Advances in Engineering Technologies and Physical Science was held in San Francisco, California, USA, October 23–25, 2018, under the auspices of the World Congress on Engineering and Computer Science (WCECS 2018). The WCECS 2018 is organized by the International Association of Engineers (IAENG). IAENG, originally founded in 1968, is a non-profit international association for the engineers and the computer scientists. The WCECS Congress serves as an excellent platform for the members of the engineering community to meet and exchange ideas. The Congress in its long history has found a right balance between theoretical and application development, which has attracted a diverse group of researchers, leading its rapid expansion.
