Pericardial effusion: case report A prospective study of 82 patients, which evaluated multi-institutional cohort of patients, who received adjuvant whole-breast proton beam therapy (PBT) after breast-conserving surgery (BCS) for breast cancer between 2012 and 2016, described one patient [age and sex not stated], who developed late onset grade 2 pericardial effusion, which was attributed to the administration of trastuzumab [dosage, route, indication, duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated].
