Announcement ICTV Executive Committee meeting The Executive Committee of ICTV will meet in the Danforth Center, St Louis on the 2nd , 3rd and 4th of May this year. The agenda will include • Taxonomic proposals discussed at the previous meeting and currently available for inspection and comment at www. • New taxonomic proposals. • The proposal for non-latinized binomial nomenclature for virus species names. • The forthcoming 8th ICTV Report. • The universal virus database. • ICTV events at the Paris Virology Congress. • Prospects for developing higher taxonomy.
