Dedication This Handbook is dedicated to the hundreds of thousands of victims around the world who lost their lives and loved ones to the COVID-19 pandemic. This Handbook is also dedicated to the younger generation of my family—Nikhil Misra, Meera and Meesha Trivedi, and Cyrus, Anushka and Xenia Chinoy—who can look forward to the benefits that may accrue from the concepts presented in this Handbook.
