Diclofenac Allergic reaction and syncopal attack: case report
A male patient [age not stated] from South Africa experienced an allergic reaction and syncopal attack during treatment with diclofenac [indication, dosage and time to reaction onset not stated]. The man was injected a diclofenac injection, and after that he dropped like a stone to the floor and became unconscious. A syncopal attack and allergic reaction was considered.
