Various toxicities: case report In a single-centre prospective study of adult male patients, conducted between March 2013 and September 2018, an adult man [exact age not stated] was described, who developed tremors, xeroderma, xerophthalmia, hypothermia, palpitations, muscle spasms, rapid ageing, swollen face, and facial flushing during treatment with finasteride for androgenic alopecia. The man who had androgenic alopecia started receiving treatment with finasteride [dosage and route not stated]. However, he developed musculoskeletal side effects including xerophthalmia, hypothermia, palpitations, tremors, xeroderma, rapid ageing, swollen face, facial flushing and muscle spasms [duration of treatment to reaction onsets and outcomes not stated].
