Preface
The 27th Annual International eTourism Conference ENTER2020 features new research, innovative systems, and industry case studies on the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in travel and tourism. Organized by the International Federation for IT and Travel and Tourism (IFITT), ENTER2020 takes place in Surrey, UK, from January 8 to 10, 2020. With the theme “Responsible eTourism,” the conference focuses on exploring ways, how technology can be used to ensure a positive impact of tourism on society, environment, and economy. The research track of ENTER2020 received a total of 62 full paper submissions, covering a diverse variety of fields within the area of ICT and tourism. Each research paper submission went through a rigorous double-blind review process. As a result, 26 full research papers (42%) were accepted for presentation at the conference, one was withdrawn, so 25 papers are included in these proceedings. While
