Bevacizumab Rectovaginal fistula in an elderly patient: case report A 72-year-old woman with a history of rectal cancer presented with new-onset foul-smelling vaginal discharge; that same month, she had finished a 6-month course of bevacizumab [Avastin; dosage not stated; time to reaction onset not clearly stated]. A large rectovaginal fistula at the site of a previous anastomosis was observed on CT scan; no sign of local recurrence was found.
