This book is dedicated to perplexed minds that have only two choices. This book is dedicated to architects, designers and building engineers who want to create positive impact architecture and built environment. This book is dedicated to owners and developers who want to make profitable, healthy and energy positive buildings. This book is dedicated to contractors who are confused about materials’ sustainability and green construction technologies. This book is dedicated to those who will take the third choice.

Foreword I

Shady and I met each other for the first time in 2012 at the Cradle to Cradle in Design and Business Seminar at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. At that time, he was thinking about the idea to translate the first Cradle to Cradle book into Arabic. With this groundbreaking work, he is operating at the front of a totally new built environment.
