The TranSopot 2016 conference is a continuation of a long series of conferences devoted to the topic of the transport sector development. The goal of the conference is to exchange views on the current trends in the transport growth and to spread the results of conducted research. The main purpose of the conference is to integrate researchers and practitioners in the field of transport, shipping and logistics. With that point in mind, “TranSopot 2016 Conference: Transport Development Challenges in the 21st century” has been held from 23 May 2016 to 25 May 2016 at the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Economics.
