Drug eruption and worsening of interstitial pneumonia: 2 case reports In an observational study, 55 patient’s data from the Japanese multi-centre registry system Niigata orthopaedic surgery and related facilities rheumatoid arthritis (RA) database was collected, of whom, a 79-year-old woman developed drug eruption and a 63-year-old man developed worsening of interstitial pneumonia during treatment with SC tocilizumab 162mg injection given through autoinjector [Actemra, Chugai Pharmaceuticals] biweekly for RA [times to reactions onsets not stated].
