CALL FOR PAPERS November 2 7 December 2,1989

Papers are being solicited for the following 24 topical symposia scheduled for the 1989 Fall Meeting of the Materials Research Society to be held November 27 to December 2 in Boston, Massachusetts. The symposia will share a common goal of discussing new materials developments, new characterization methods, or new process technologies. Each symposium will provide a forum for exchanging ideas at the forefront of research by experts in the field. Topics will be treated at a sophisticated level, in an interdisciplinary way, so all possible physical, chemical, and engineering insights can be considered. For complete details about topics and submission of abstracts, see the Call for Papers booklet mailed to all MRS members. Copies of the Call for Papers can also be obtained from the Materials Research Society 9800 McKnight Road, Suite 327 Pittsburgh, PA 15237 telephone (412) 367-3003 fax (412) 367-4373.
