Upper gastrointestinal bleeding: case report In an observational prospective study of 1590 patients, who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention between 2013 to 2018 in UITM Medical Specialist Center, Malaysia, a patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed upper gastrointestinal bleeding during dual anti-platelet therapy with aspirin. The patient underwent percutaneous coronary intervention. Thereafter, the patient started receiving dual anti-platelet therapy comprising aspirin [route and dosage not stated]. The patient had low DAPT score. Subsequently, the patient developed upper gastrointestinal bleeding [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. Mohd Khairi M, et al.
