Pneumonia: case report In an observational retrospective study of 110 patients, who underwent renal transplant from 25 August 2015 to 25 August 2018, a patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed pneumonia, while receiving immunosuppression with tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil. The patient, who underwent renal transplant, started receiving maintenance immunosuppression therapy with tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil [routes and dosages not stated]. Concomitant medication included fluconazole. However, the patient developed pneumonia, attributed to tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil. Tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil doses were reduced [dosages, routes, durations of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. Pankewycz O, et al.
