Leadership has always been more challenging during difficult times. In a world beset with rising international terrorism, economic uncertainties, and flagrant violation of human values, many believe that leaders have lost their moral bearings. The unique leadership challenges facing organizations throughout the world today call for an even greater renewed focus on what constitutes “authentic, inclusive, servant, transformational, principled, values-based, and mindful” leadership.
