Carboplatin Allergic reaction: case report A 5-year-old girl exhibited an allergic reaction to carboplatin treatment for thoracic spine low-grade ganglioglioma. Carboplatin was altered to vinblastine [dosage, route, duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated].
