Minocycline Diarrhoea: case report A 43-year-old man developed diarrhoea during treatment with minocycline for Hailey-Hailey disease. The man was treated with oral minocycline 100mg per day and nicotinamide. His minocycline was discontinued 2 weeks later because he developed drug-induced diarrhoea [duration of treatment to reaction onset not clearly stated; outcome not stated]. His skin lesions flared up over the next 4 months. Minocycline was restarted and his skin lesions were efficiently controlled. Author comment: "Two weeks later, minocycline was discontinued because of drug-induced diarrhea". Higashimae K, et al.
