Symposium on Applications of Small Accelerators The Symposium on Applications of Small Accelerators will be held in Beijing, China on October 20-23, 1987, three days after the 12th International Conference on
Atomic Collisions in Solids (ICACS) to be held in Japan. This symposium is being organized by Beijing Normal University and Fudan University and sponsored by the Chinese State Education Commission and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The symposium's program will cover the following topics: particle-solid interaction (basic research), ion-beam-induced surface modification of materials, ion beam analysis, and other applications. The official language of this symposium is English, and contributed papers will be presented in oral and poster sessions. Some invited talks will be given by well-known experts.
