Hydroxychloroquine Neutropenia, maculopapular rash and urinary tract infection following an off label use: 3 case reports
In an observational single-center study of 196 patients with COVID-19 pneumonia, 3 patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed grade 4 transient neutropenia (n=1), grade 2 maculopapular rash (n=1) or urinary tract infection (n=1), while receiving off-label treatment with oral hydroxychloroquine 400mg twice daily for COVID-19 pneumonia [times to reactions onsets not stated; not all outcomes stated].
