Anaphylaxis: case report In a retrospective study of 71 patients suspected of having nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) hypersensitivity conducted at Jeju National University Hospital, Jeju, Korea between January 2012 and December 2017, a 55-year-old woman was described, who developed anaphylaxis following intradermal test with diclofenac [dosage, route, duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. The woman, who underwent aspirin IV provocation test with lysine aspirin, showed a negative response to the aspirin challenge. She did not react to the consecutive aspirin oral challenge. She had previously experienced repeated anaphylaxis with diclofenac (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug). Also, she reproduced anaphylaxis following the intradermal test with diclofenac.
