These are the proceedings of the 19th Annual RoboCup International Symposium, held on July 23, 2015, at the Anhui International Conference and Exhibition Center, in Hefei, China. The Symposium is annually colocated with and associated with RoboCup. RoboCup is a venue to promote robotics and artificial intelligence by offering difficult challenge problems in robotics, simulation, and related areas.
